Wolf Creek Village was completed in late 2008 after two years of construction. The project includes 130 lots and a nine hole golf course which adjoins with the old South Course. The new Links Course opened for play July 1st of 2009.

85% of the lots were sold in a pre-sale set up in 2006 and 2007. We have 20 remaining lots that are owned by the Developer Wolf Creek Village Ltd. These lots are spread out through the development and priced according to their location.

We have also secured mortgage financing options with two local banks for your convenience.
