Wolf Creek Village was completed in late 2008 after two years of construction.  The project includes 130 lots and a nine hole golf course which adjoins with the old South Course.  The new Links Course opened for play July 1st of 2009.

85% of the lots were sold in a pre-sale set up in 2006 and 2007.  We have 20 remaining lots that are owned by the Developer Wolf Creek Village Ltd. These lots are spread out through the development and priced according to their location.

Wolf Creek Village and Abbey Master Builder out of Red Deer have worked a marketing agreement for the remaining lots. This agreement allows Abbey Master Builder to market our development to its extensive client base and in turn help home starts in the villages. The exclusive agreement is for our remaining lots only however Abbey would be more than happy to give you a quote on a new home for your lot.
