How the Program Works
Wolf Creek offers one of the most unique corporate membership programs in the country. The corporate membership offers access to both of our golf courses with no restrictions. Only a small portion of the costs goes towards the designated player for golf. The rest of the amount goes in as a corporate credit for additional guests or employees. The amount is drawn down each time you play.
What is great about this type of membership is that it does not stop at just golf, you can use the credit for food and beverage, golf shop merchandise or lodging. This allows you to host your guests or employee’s throughout the day, knowing exactly what your spend is with the company. It especially helps for those companies that want to host but can’t find the time and are worried they are paying a lot for golf that may not be used. If you have credit left at the end of the year, you can order gifting for your clients from the shop or even end the season with a great thank you dinner for everyone. By budgeting your corporate dollar for the year in all areas it gives you and your company more controls and a handle on your entertainment expenditure.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes our corporate membership unique compared to other golf courses?
Most corporate memberships are for golf only and limited to a certain amount of players. Our membership gives the company more flexibility too use the membership any way they want and in the end get full value for their corporate dollar. It also is great for corporate budgeting and tracking your overall spend.
What can I use my membership on?
You have a corporate credit to use for F&B, board room meetings, golf shop merchandise, special logoed customer gifts, overnight accommodation with our onsite lodge or green fees and carts. We will even offer shuttle van pickup service from the airports or local area. It will be all charged to your master account credit of $4,000.
What happens if I go over our credit amount?
You can check your credit balance anytime when you go to the golf shop or phone our accounting dept. If you go over then it becomes billable on your master account. As an incentive to spend over your credit we will offer 10% off every $1,000 spent above the $4,000 or 2 complementary Green fees, your choice.
What can’t I use the credit for?
The credit is very flexible and is based on current pricing at Wolf Creek even discounted items. However the credit cannot be used for entries in club tournaments, such as the club championship, cattleman’s or Member/Guest events. Other than that companies can be very creative on how they use it.
Who can be assigned to the membership?
Whether you buy a one player or four all players must be a employee of the company. The membership program cannot be shared by separate companies and everything must be paid by one company cheque or credit card.
