From the Golf Course!
The first phase of the drainage has been completed on the Links course back nine, #11 is drying up nicely, now we move onto #12, #14 and #16. We are still dealing with seepage coming in from Highway 2A, Alberta transportation has not begun to work on the roadway as of this writing, so we will have to deal with these issues until they begin their process. As for the other end of the property #16 and the Lake, we are waiting for a directional drill under #604 to move water to the creek from the golf course and development. This is a process that will take coordination between the municipalities, the province and ourselves. It can be frustrating sometime as you see the solution, but the timelines are not in your hands, let’s see what June brings us and with any luck we should have most of this put to bed before summer starts.

There’s an air of excitement with golfer’s this season. It’s been encouraging to see, and gets all of us in the mood to tee it up at The Wolf! With the course getting greener in all the right places, June is looking like we’ll all need sunscreen and shorts.
The Golf Shop is all about custom fitting in June, with a couple great events. June 13th Bridgestone Golf is coming out to custom fit your golf ball, that’s right, your golf ball! The guru’s from Bridgestone will spend 10-15 minutes with you getting more spin with your wedges and more yards with your driver.
June 14th we combine a golf school, Taylor Made driver fitting day and a back yard BBQ with Alberta Beef and some of Sleemans finest brews. We even throw in 18 holes of golf on the Links course to top off your day. Doesn’t get any better than this! Space is limited in this one, so call Aaron right away to get all the details and sign up!

The Villages!!
We have signed two new homes to go up in the next few weeks and the possibility of another two by the middle of July. It is nice to see movement again in the home front, there has been lots of action in regards to people coming out to look at the property and the lots that are available.
